ingrédients
110g de pistaches 40g de noix de cajou 1 cas de crème de coco (la partie solide d’une boîte de lait de coco) 40g de dattes dénoyautées 355g de lait végétal au choix entre soja, cajou et amande + un peu 1 cac d’extrait d’amande amère 1 pincée de sel Mixer tous les ingrédients dans un blender jusqu’à l’obtention d’une crème lisse.
Verser dans un moule à glaçons et congeler. Lorsque c’est congelé, sortir du congélateur et laisser 10 min à température ambiante. Mixer à nouveau avec un filet de lait végétal supplémentaire, idéalement dans un mixeur lame en S pour plus de facilité. Servir immédiatement pour une meilleure texture, ou placer à nouveau au congélateur mais sortez la glace 20 min avant de déguster. Avec de la pate de pistaches comme topin.
